He, too, was a Ravenclaw graduate, and the pair delighted in intellectual conversation, much to Mrs. Hill’s chagrin. By November, Simeon proposes, and Charlotte accepts. |

- Determined to cast a corporeal patronus before graduating Hogwarts, and with extra tutoring from her professor, Charlotte was able to do so. Surprisingly, her patronus takes the form of an Asian elephant — a creature she has never seen outside of books and her casting of the spell.
- Charlotte is multilingual, able to speak fluent French, Italian, and Spanish, with a partial grasp on German.
- Amortentia, for Charlotte, is the smell of candied ginger, tobacco smoke, and mandarin oranges.
- The Quibbleberry household has three pets, all of whom Charlotte picked out and named — two female wire-coated fox terriers from the same litter named Nemesis and Tyche, and a male Irish Setter named Orpheus. None of them are trained for hunting, a practice Charlotte actively disapproves of.
