Miss Dear Helga,

I hope that this letter finds you and your family well. The purpose of it is an invitation—one I have received, and would indeed extend to you and the chaperon of your choosing. By virtue of my position, it seems that I am to attend the first ball at the new gallery, and I should be delighted indeed to have your company that evening. Yes, he was. Now my sister's step-son is in charge of the running of the Chudley Cannons, but she helps where she can. I hope you like quidditch, or at least find the sport tolerable; we will get plenty of invites.
