As a professional in handling magical creatures, I do feel it is my responsibility to inform you that - by ministry standards - you do not fall under the qualifications to raise such a creature. I must inquire how you procured the creature and what your immediate - and long term - plans are.

As your former professor, I do believe that you wouldn't wish ill will towards the creature - I do not wish to imply otherwise. My concern is that many untrained individuals have had an overabundance of curiosity and have found themselves in more difficult situations than they had originally intended.
