Nephele Lestrange - is a Selwyn by birth, not sure how the two sides align (Trystan and Nel broadly cousins?), so possibly there unless Lucius Lestrange basically forbids Lestrange's attendance

Lucius does not care enough to forbid anything but also quietly judges people who want to celebrate someone notable marrying a bastard xD
