Dear Trystan,
Happy Birthday, uncle! I hope you have a very enjoyable day. I have enclosed a present for you that is my own version of a Roman battle with your appearance starring as the conquering hero, of course.
That is not the only reason I write, however. News of the shipwreck has reached Hogwarts and I wondered i any of our kin was aboard. And if they were, I hope they are accounted for?

Thank you for the birthday present. You’re a talented young man!
I wish the news I had for you was better, but I am afraid Ambrosia, Tanwen and Liliana were all aboard, and we have heard nothing from them yet. The Ministry has already sent rescue, and I should not think even a shipwreck could be any real match for your aunt. With any luck they are all safe already, but rest assured I will write again the moment I know more.
In the meantime, take heart, and take care of your sister - as I know you always do.

That is quite sad to hear, I am sure they will all turn up. I have relayed the news to my sister. Please do inform us of any changes, we will be hoping for their safe return. I doubt Liliana would forgive the ocean if it messed up her upcoming wedding.
