How bad was the aftermath? Does your sister suspect anything? We'd had such a good run of it, unfortunately it was bound to happen sooner or later. I had just been banking on later, after some things were settled.

I think you would probably like Grace. Verity can be a bit much and — so can Clem, but in a completely different way. Grace is a little eccentric, but I think you would get along well with her, maybe even better than I do. I want for you to meet them, we just need things to be settled first.

It's not anything you need to worry about, except — I got in a fight with Ford about it, and I don't think Ford and I have ever actually fought like that before.

I know I just said we need to be careful, but — do you think I can see you, alone? Maybe not this week, I know it's short notice, but the week after.
