Minty gives me major The Importance of Being Earnest vibes. Even though she's got Gwendolen Fairfax vibes (speaks with moral authority and is miss High Society), she's Cecily Cardew for me. Spinning nothing into something, obsession with virtue, and convinced/digging the "fallen" vibe.

Okay so it's been a long time since I've read this, so bear with me if it's very off, but Emma from Madame Bovary. Taste for luxury and romance, highly sensual, personality and appetites too big to be contained by any one lover. Gets bored when things get too tedious. Hopefully with a happier ending, though :P

Ford gives me Gregor Samsa from that cockroach book by Kafka vibes. (I forgot the title even though I remember the character's name lol). He's in charge of his family financially and he can't just one day turn into an insect and not go to work. He also gives me Franz Kafka vibes in general.

Not to lower the high-brow literary tone here, but I assume fictional characters includes early 2000s movie AUs aka She's The Man where Cee takes Theo's spot at some quidditch academy bootcamp and pretends to be a boy to indulge her love of professional quidditch, probably falls for handsome popular beater Fitzroy Prewett in the process? Cee being slightly better at the debutante-ing side than Viola is, but anyway xD

Michael Bluth in Arrested Development but Evander is more emotionally serious. The whole “I don’t know what I expected” scene is just very Evander/Alfred IMO.
