Exhibition Dueling Competition: Plottage - Simeon Shafiq - January 12, 2021

Dueling Competition

Most of the IC details can be found HERE, but it's much eaiser to organize everyone in one plottage thread :P

So what's the deal?

-- All of the actual dueling will be taking place OOC and winners will be determined by dice rolls. Modifications will be added based on the form filled out for the competitors.
-- I have created actual brackets, but will not be posting them until I actually have competitors.
-- It will take place ICly on Saturday, January 16th. I will be rolling dice that day, too.
-- Players can enter one character to compete until January 14th, when I'll allow a second character per player to ensure the brackets are full.
-- It's a charity event so not disreputable, but the stuffy, proper type might not attend.
-- ICly there is a 5G prize for the winner, but for the OOC brackets you get the glory of having the most accurate bracket.

THE ENTRANTS must be:

-- MC/UC, or WC men with a notable job that would make people root for them (auror, hit wizard, etc.). WC men are free to attempt to enter, but the organizers are trying to draw people by name recognition!
-- Rep 5+. There's no controlling who's in the audience, but there's no need to promote society's less savory when women and children might be present.

Also I know this isn't ~~Balthazar Urquart~~'s thing but someone should try and goad him into it for the crowd draw. All of my characters would pay to see the former MoM duel some famous people xD

Murdock will be there, betting hard -if a lower class Auror wants to take part but cant afford it, he will pay for it, and one of his brothers will probably be taking part.

Murdock would probably volunteer to referee some of the rounds but taking part wouldnt be his bag.
