I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to thank you for your company and time on the evening of August the eight. I greatly appreciated being introduced to you and found our conversation to be pleasantly engaging. It was one of the highlights of my evening. You need not reply if you have no wish to, I simply wanted to make my appreciation known.
Perhaps we will meet again in the future, at another event that could do with more culture.

To Mr. Ciaran MidfordAnother meeting would be most welcome. I have heard that there shall be a Victor's Ball for whomever wins the quidditch world cup. Perhaps they will bring in some Moroccan culture for the festivities? Have you personally been to Morocco?

The pleasure is mine, truly. I have been well and the rest of my family has as well, thank you.
I'm quite shocked to be the highlight of anyone's day, never mind an entire season. You flatter me and my rust stiffened social skills, Miss Selwyn.
What an interesting coincidence - I plan on attending that ball myself. I will be representing my shipping company there, but I am sure business will be the last thing on anyone's mind.
I have been to Morocco, and though it was over a decade ago, I do remember it fondly. Whether they win or not, I imagine the team and their organizers will leave us with some things to remember them by. The food, in particular, is quite rich and flavorful in comparison to our own. It doesn't suit everyone's tastes but if your palate can tolerate it, it's a delight.
In any case, the night will be a lively one. Will you be in attendance?

To Mr. Ciaran MidfordI do not believe I have had the chance to try any food from Morocco. Until I can, I will take your word on such matters. A food that one must be able to tolerate sounds quite intriguing.
Given that my family has a box for the match, following up with the party seems appropriate. Having the certainty of a familiar face being attendance is encouraging.
