Preparing for Autumn Craziness - Billie Farrow - August 21, 2020

(I said I was going to get my ducks in a row in my absence, and I promptly found myself with the damn Five Little Ducks Song stuck in my head. Specifically, the one from Super Simple Songs. So, enjoy the gif.)

TL;DR

School is starting up again on the 31st, covid is still happening, everything is uncertain, and I'm going to be taking some college classes. AKA 2020 is still a mess, and the looming threat of turning 30 has me making some big life decisions.

SO! I want to try and get my Charming life all organized/manageable, so that I'm not overwhelmed or keep anyone waiting too long. This is going to come in the form of assessing which threads are near to completion, and prioritizing certain character plots.

Specific Threads:
Things that are close to wrapping. If there's anything else you'd like to prioritize, let me know!

Billie Farrow

Thea and Billie could probably be wrapped in a few more posts. Hogwarts adventures upcoming!
Gideon/Bertie/Billie could likely be wrapped soon, as well.
Any and all summer threads will be getting priority posting since she has quite a few!

Archer Belby

Richelle/Archer can probably be wrapped in a few posts.
Flora/Archer could also be wrapped soon and/or we could rapid it?

Eli Fox

Jay/Eli could probably be wrapped soon?
Lady, did you want to continue Hestia/Eli?

Edison Moony

I imagine both Gryfgroup threads will be wrapping soonish.
Sloane/Ned could probably wrap soon and/or we could rapid it? (I can't wait for more school year threads!)
Sisse/Ned could probably wrap soon and/or we could rapid it? So much awkward for the upcoming year <3
Elon/Ned could probably wrap.

Priority Characters/Plots for the Fall:

I am going to be prioritizing characters who have definite plots going for them. If I feel too overwhelmed, one or two of those who don't have much going on may take a brief snooze. I am absolutely not adding anyone new to my roster until I know what balancing work and school will look like. (Sorry, Satan.) I am also giving characters in certain categories hard thread limits, so please don't be offended if say no or ask if we can push off a thread until a later date. (I sometimes get carried away, so it's for the best.)

If you have any plots/threads you definitely want to see happen either now or this fall, let me know! My Hogwarts peeps will probably get a plotting post in my networking once September rolls around and summer threads are wrapped.

High Priority (Up to only 10 threads each):
Billie Farrow is a character I always, always have muse for, so she will be 100% sticking around in full force. I am so excited for her to start at Hogwarts. Once she's sorted, I will be open for Hogwarts threads/plots. She'll also be wanting to write letters to Gideon, Quin, and Gus. <3

Edison Moony has a lot of plots and connections going on that I am excited about continuing. Gryfgroup, prefect, family, and Dueling Club things are priorities. Also, I'll need my calm guy in all this uncertainty.

Medium Priority (Up to only 5 threads):
Zachariah Binns .... Sinns <3 <3 And other fun Zach things, of course.

Archer Belby will have upcoming thread opportunities come the start of the school year. He's starting COMC and Ghoul Studies, and he's thrilled. I am hoping to possibly pair him up with an older student or a staff member who could potentially take him under their wing and encourage him to grow a back bone. rofl As always, I welcome any and all disaster for my poor, shy buddy. Also, Annie/Archer reunion. So excited.

Thomas Montgomery is working on becoming an animagus this year. He also, hopefully, has some upcoming drama with George to look forward to. haha

Wallace Murphy has wormed his way into my heart, and I love him. He has magizoologist, meddling, and meeting other eccentric old people on his future plate. If his muse stick, which I have a feeling it will, he'll be working to stay in Scotland. (And I'll probably be looking for someone to play his son!)

Low Priority (Probably only 1-2 threads each, if at all):
Leo Lupin can offer all the chaos all the time, but he doesn't have a ton going on. Could go on vacation, if needed.

Eli Fox is someone I adore, but he also doesn't have much going for him. Could go on vacation, if needed.

Deanna Benwick mostly has meddling with her daughter and son-in-law going for her, but that's okay for now. Could go on vacation, if needed.

Ned and Sisse is probably close to wrapping, I'm hoping for a chance to rapid this upcoming week it you were game for a second thread... I almost feel that would be better at Hogwarts though... but I'm pretty much in the same boat. Sisse always has a huge muse and is easy to write so I can do priority for Ned (also Sisse is in dueling club which I feel like we can do something with that).

Sorry for rambling I'm exhausted from this past week. Thank God registration is over but now I have to steel myself for students actually coming back to campus.

Bertie is not coming back in the thread, just to let you know. I would love to see him and Billie interact once sorted at Hogwarts. Let me know what you think!

I can definitely see the Archer and Ricky thread wrapping soon. I kinda wanted to see if Ricky would take Archer under her wings. She feels that he has some great potential.

Leo could interact with Agape Lestrange if you want more UCPB childhood connections.

@"Acacia Ruskin" I'm waiting for Billie to be sorted before settling on school threads for her, but I'll keep that in mind. Smile

As for Archer, let's see how the year goes! I feel like he'll need to be in her class/the club for a little while before feeling brave enough not to just flee her presence. rofl But all great ideas!
