I would definitely check with @"Elsie Beauregard" but I think Louisa Scamander would fit. She's MCPB, approx. 29, any house and potentially could be widowed with one or two children?

Jasper Shacklebolt - sister would work, she would then also have a sister in law in the school as divination professor.

I don't got the old and cranky, but I've always headcanoned that Hestia Fairchild's mother would have wanted to become the school nurse (or some other school staff) to he closer to her daughters after her husband and sons died.
