Motivated buyers seeks tract of land between Irvingly and Hogsmeade.  It must be outside of the limits of Hogsmeade village.  Buyer is seeking at least 1 acre, but will buy up to 5 acres dependant on price and quality.  To be purchased with Stirling, or Galleons as elected. 

The land should be zoned green space or farmland that is currently in use.  A premium will be paid for land next to or adjacent to a water source with no history of flooding.  Land that has good drainage will attract a premium. 

Land that has previously been subject to construction or industrial workings will not be considered
Peated land will not be considered.
Land that has flooded extensively will not be considered
