Hey, my beloved
Royal mess! Summer has been the best, you would be surprised with how many times I have managed to fly and not get caught, right when I thought some adult should be keeping better attention at the sky. You know I was never one to learn etiquette, but I must say, all the worries with an important wedding and a few other events are starting to ge to me - you know how they say, listen to too many complaints from others and you might just get a headache.
Did they really have you as a captain? Oh, no, that's the end of our winning chances. And to think I considered trying to join the team in the first place.
I'm merely joking, cousin. I might have let out a happy squeal when I first read your words, though we will have to keep my reaction as a secret. Have they really chosen you? Not that I find it too hard to believe, but it surprises me they made such a good decision. You will be a great captain, I'm sure of it. Not to mention, of course I'll be trying out now - this comes as another good reason.
Do tell me, have you been playing a lot of quidditch this summer, or at least flying around? It seems to be like these past few months couldn't have passed slower.
