[Her previous wand, "11'', Ash, Unicorn Tail" was broken in 1887]
Blood Status: Half-Blood
Social Class: Middle Class
Family:
Mother: Priscilla De Loncrey (1847)

Father: Ethan De Loncrey (1834)

Sister: Luce Fay-De Loncrey (1871)
Appearance:
Standing at 5'7, Stella is a rather tall lady compared to some of the girls of her inner circle. However, she doesn't move with the precise elegance as expected of a woman; instead, her steps are rarely calculated and her posture a tiny sloppy. She would rather think she's prettier when she's out there defending the things and people she believe in, not when she's playing how-to-find-a-husband.
History:

1872 | Stella De Loncrey is born to Priscilla & Ethan De Loncrey, second child - and second daughter - after Luce. She is far too young to have any awareness regarding her parents' lives and the many rumours surrouding her family.

1873 | Before the year is over, Stella has learned how to walk and talk. She's far too adventurous for her age and spends a long time walking around their new home after moving to London. It's a good thing she never swallowed any small object.

1876 | At this point, Stella hasn't met many children - the ones she has, however, are fast to befriend her. She'd rather spend time with her sister, who's only a year older. Stella's favorite hobby is flying with a toy broom her parents gave her, but she loves listening to Luce singing. Tries to copy her, even, and her voice is surprisingly beautiful.

1877 | She learns how to read a little before turning five, but would rather spend her time reading books that have a lot of figures. Words are still hard, and even though she understand them, it takes her too long to deciphrer phrases.

1879 | Finally, Stella turns into a good enough reader. She "steals" a lot of her sister's books, and constantly asks for some of her own. At night, her dreams often show herself as a knight or doing something heroic like a lot of men do on the tales she read, and from then on she starts wondering if girls couldn't do the same.

1882 | She's nine-year-old and a little sad over the fact her sister has gone off to Hogwarts, though proud to hear Luce is now a Hufflepuff. Stella doesn't like it one bit that she was born in October and has a fight with her mother, though they're quick to forgive each other. She's a little bit jealous, though, but understanding, and decides to read a lot of the books that will be used when she's finally a firstie.

1883 | Nothing happens that year aside from the fact that she has read. A lot.

1884 | She asks for a cat instead of an owl and finally leaves for Hogwarts. That Luce showed her around was great, but being sorted into Gryffindor? A true dream. She doesn't like being separated from her sister, quite literally, considering it's an eight-floors difference, but soon enough she has many friends of her own. Stella doesn't forget of family though and always sends letters.

1885 | Second year comes around and she's not keen on how people seem to cast muggle-borns aside, not to mention half-breeds. Yet what pains her the most is learning she has to get permission from her parents to play quidditch, all because she's a girl. She doesn't ask for it because she doesn't believe she's good enough yet, but it annoys her to no end. Some of her friends don't understand why she's so irritated when she mentions it, which only fuels her frustration.

1886 | Finally Chastity Cuffs aren't to be used at Hogwarts, which she found ridiculous - though, in younger years, didn't quite understand what they were used for. It's a good one, and she's starting to voice her opinions regarding a lot of things she finds wrong in their world - from expectations set on women to the ridiculous amount of prejudice she finds among her peers, including against her for having the courage to speak up.

1886 (2)|  Third-year means she has to choose a few subjects which go as well as she expected. School is easy enough, but at this point, she tries to spend her time reading books that aren't related to Hogwarts - not its subjects, at least. Mother doesn't understand why she would rather be educated instead of charming and elegant, but she doesn't even bother to explain. She's sent home early that school year, but it's a good thing; more time to read, and she visits bookstores that aren't common among her friends.

1887 | Stella is completely against the ban of half-breeds. Speaking gets her in trouble with a boy her age and they have a heated duel after a DADA class. It's a good thing, for most people, that the duel was interrupted before anybody got too hurt, though her wand was broken and Stella left it there seeing red - she wanted to punch the guy in the face, not lose with a broken wand. However, this doesn't stop her from trying to educate people, and though a few find her odd or annoying, she's not a person to care about it.

1888 | Fifth-year goes quite well, from getting great results in most of her exams to keeping a tight group of friends. It's a nice year, all-in-all, and she hasn't got much to complain about. Aside, of course, from the fact Luce is graduating, but she's proud of her sister even if she doesn't understand why Luce is so keen on finding a husband.

1889 | Sixth year comes along, she's finally decided to try again for Quidditch and her subjects of study are truly interesting. It's a good thing, as she's close to finding out what she wants to do when out of Hogwarts that doesn't involve traveling and finding out more about the rest of the world.
Personality:
(+): Strong-Willed - Passionate - Decisive - Empathetic - Daring  - Vocal - Brave

(-): Domineering - Finicky - Quarrelsome - Quick-Tempered - Messy - Impatient - Proud

Stella De Loncrey isn't a lady you may find at any household. She isn't proper, refined, elegant or much lady-like - in fact, growing up, she has been rejecting most of what her mother tried to have her taught, even when it was shoved down her throat. She turned to read most of the time they let her alone, but instead of closing off to the world she learned how to be vocal. Stella is strong-willed, passionate, and likes to think of herself as a defender; somebody who stands up for people, be it for their likes and dislikes, preferences or for who they are. It's no wonder she turned into a rather tolerant person.

Furthemore, she isn't afraid to be judged by her ideals. The idea of not speaking scares her more than any amount of odd stares from people.  She's quick to fight whoever disagress with her and does like a good discussion, but understand sometimes it's best to leave it all to matters of debate instead of actual confrontations. She's hard to please and rather proud of herself, and can be a bit messy, especially since she hasn't learned much of what is expected of girls her age; not for lack of trying from her parents.
Other:
Her hobbies consist of reading, singing, loudly protesting against things - usually, to her friends, but sometimes she will talk to strangers about it - and playing quidditch.
