Miss Una Walsh —
After seeing you at the hospital, brief as it was, I could not stop thinking of you. I don't know if it's your fiery hair color or your passion for adventure that draws me to you. Perhaps even, it's your passion for your work - magizoology is far beyond my abilities and you handle it with grace. I had thought that I might just need to get you out of my head. I visited the zoo in Irvingly as per your suggestion.
I visited it five times this past month, actually. Very interesting the animals that you care for are, but I found you caring for them even more so. It's an art form, what you do. At least most of my patience I can speak with and coax into cooperation. Your healing takes much more skill and is so much more dangerous at times than my own.
I cannot allow myself to continue to visit the zoo in hopes to run into you. It makes me ill to think about cutting myself off, but it must be done. It is not good for me to pine after you, nor is it normal of me to follow you around like a lost puppy. I'm far too convinced to approach you with my feelings for fear that you'll think I'm crazy. I've imagined what it would be like to be courting you far more times than I should have. It's made me fall in love with you. I'm in over my head.
I hope you have a very happy life and I shall never forget you.
