Ritchie is the middle child of the Fortescue family, and the (main) one responsible for creating some of the more... interesting flavors. He's a former Hufflepuff (year of '83), and has lived in London his entire life. He's a little weird, but that's part of the charm of being in the ice cream business.

FRIENDS | Ritchie is pretty friendly. He likes to use his friends as guinea pigs for some of his flavors (mostly without telling him the side effects, whoops), and has been doing so since he was in Hogwarts. Businesses / people who would do collaborations with him are always welcomed as well. They love to locally source what they can't go.

Enemies | Ritchie has a rivalry with an unnamed Ravenclaw that began in 1877 over a seat in the library. This could be you! He definitely sat there just to annoy him. I know we have a lot of bakers/bakeries around, so I think it would be kind of hilarious if he had an ongoing rivalry with a person/business who refused to collaborate with him for whatever reason. Ritchie knows food charms pretty well and will use that to his advantage.

Family | Come play!

Romance | I'm always down to hurl. Ritchie doesn't know what he wants, but they better have a sweet tooth or else the Fortescue family might cast them out.

Ritchie Fortescue Dorothea is already in a fun thread and I have told you my thoughts on this lovely chap. Although it just dawned on me that he graduated only the year before her and from the same house so they likely are more familiar with each other. It has been 11 years though. Just reaffirming my interest to explore this connection.

Margaret Wallace also loves ice cream, a lot. So depending on his age related hiring policies could be a employee candidate for pushing that cart around irvingly or Hogsmeade.

Dean was in his year, Wendell, Angie, Elsie, & Alvin were all within a couple years!

I'm sure he and Quin are professionally chummy, because you can't have a character that doesn't know Quin!

Hurls include Gemma, Annie, Tabi maybe Greer and Sage? I got a lot of unattached women #yikes.

Teehee~ <3 You know my plans and children and intentions already for Ritchie but I’m adding Jin to the mix because he needs a little bit of sugar and spice in his life and who better to light him up? That face of Ritchie’s is certainly sweet enough~ ; )

Oh, yes, yes. I'm not sure they would have had a whole lot in common outside of classes at Hogwarts, and TBH he probably doesn't remember her lol. But I'm down to explore this!

I also haven't given thought about the age yet for hiring processes. I do need to think this over and will let you know.

Oh good, all the friends. I like him and Quin being buddies! Ritchie will hit him up when he needs sweet things to mix in but doesn't want to bother to make them.

And yes, all the hurls xD We'll have to narrow down which ones to try first.

Friends, yes. Done. I also know I mentioned that ice cream parlours were used as feminist hangouts because women were allowed in unchaperoned, so we could use that as a meeting point? Have fun on vacation darling<3

We've already discussed this former Ravenclaw here and I linked you her open thread cause we talked about because I was inspired and she hasn't been particularly feeling petty till Ritchie came along << However I have another soul to offer you: Kelly Wildsmith is also in the mix as a similarly aged Hufflepuff. I sign him up for all guinea pig testing without advisement. He also isn't constrained by class.
