January 4th, 1895 — The Great Hall; Hogwarts
Cordie would sit at the long tables in the Great Hall at Hogwarts, surrounded by her fellow Professors. The plates seemed to have been filled with an array of delectable dishes that caught the potential eyes of others, and Cordie couldn't help but feel a pang of nostalgia wash over her. She remembered the first dinner at Hogwarts since returning from the holidays; the smells and flavors of the dishes brought her back to a time long forgotten.
Cordie would smile softly, seeing that a potential Professor was seated to her right. "The food is delightful, isn't it?" she asked. "I must say that the food choices take me back to my days here at the castle."

Joseph was sat with the other professors eating, it had been a full term since he had started and thankfully it had had more ups and he had taken and goblin related push back in his stride. He had some warm herbed chicken in his mouth when the art instructor, a pretty young woman, recently married piped up next to him. "It really is, it sticks with you too, eating here. It's near on thirty years for me since I graduated. I still remember the sheppards pie." he spoke softly and gave a friendly if slightly unnerving smile under his one human looking eye. "What was everyone's favourite?"
