I found this set of magic playing cards that change color depending on your bluff and thought I would send them as a thank you (and an apology) for what happened at the joke shop. Mama says I ought to be appreciative of new friends and so... here I am, sending you my appreciation.

(Not that we're friends. Yet. Are we? I hope so.)

Thanks a lot for the magic playing cards! They're really cool and I can't wait to try them out. What happened at the joke shop wasn't your fault? I hope you don't blame yourself. It could have happened to anyone.

As for us being friends, I’d say we are. Maybe we can try out these cards on the train in September? If you don't mind sitting with a prefect, that is. (For Ravenclaw, of course.) Or if you want to sit with me at all. If you don't, that's okay too! We could always find time to play some other time once we're back.

I quite like the Tutshill Tornadoes ,even if they're not very good.
