I joined charming just after all the first years had their sorting and found their feet so I'm thinking this summer I shall make myself a firstie.
I would like to have a preexisting family connection to play with for this character so looking for something of the following.
Someone looking for a daughter/cousin/neice/sister who would be entering first year this year. Level of connection is flexible so could even be an affair baby or something like that, but I would like to write together.
As far as the character goes, I have a PB in mind, brunette Caucasian female. Don't mind what blood, but class wise working or lower middle would be best.
She won't be as happy with her lot as Vee or Ben. She will have had a difficult time coping and be a bit traumatised by her magical awakening and has been sent to hogwarts to both learn to be safe but also to overcome her fear of her own magic. How this fits with prospective family members is totally up for plotting. Are they super supportive and have done everything they can to try and help the troubled girl, or are they a bit rubbish and have only served to make things worse until they can dump her in hogwarts.
I plan on going through the full sorting hat experience with her too.

Yseult here is a WCMB, and I can offer her up as a potential cousin. The Muggle parts of the family aren't exactly supportive of magic (they treat it a bit like an unfortunate affliction), so maybe cousin got sent to live with Yseult in Irvingly somewhat recently?

Yseult O'Byrne this would be cool, I'm thinking if making her over the next couple of weeks (so she is ready for summer) so can dm you the details to make sure she fits in. Having her sent away by her family to get her out of their hair and also prep her for school would be a good way in.
