History Repeating Rina never went to Durmstrang or Hogwarts, instead she went to an academy which specialised in arts training for magical performers. At 15, instead of going to finishing school with her middle-class peers, she joined the corp de ballet at the Mariinsky Imperial Ballet. She has travelled all around Europe as part of the Corp de ballet. She was a pretty little ingenue. Someone could have known her from MC russian circles, from the academy, or from her time working in the Mariinsky prior to her coming to London.

She had a former flame in Russia, who got into a duel - not over exactly over her, but she loves telling the story. Are you either gent?

Life as a Soubrette Like most female performers she is seeking a patron - its the only way for a female performer to really end up with a comfortable life - so if your gent wants flattered and told he's handsome - she is your girl! She's an actor and could play just about any role a man expects. Like other girls in her position she can be a 'rent a date' for men who just want a pretty thing on their arm at an event, with her old name adding a little more legitimacy to her presence.

Friends of the Ballet She knows almost no one in England outside of the ballet, but if they went to Durmstrange your character might know one of her siblings, or her family who are MC business people. But she is also out to expand her social circles in England- people looking for a spicy friend who will, very literally, help you hide a body, Rina is it!

Tropes Galore She is also here for terrible decisions and trope plot hooks. I'm not too worried about her reputation, so she is open to just about anything - and the worse the decision the better.

If she preforms with the same troupe as @'sophia voss', she has likely met Locke who tags along occasionally with Oz and who would literally flirt with anyone he deems a pretty face. Without knowing her better he wouldn't sponsor her but could potentially be counted on for trinket-y gifts such as jewelry, accessories, etc. In the same vein he probably wouldn't bring her along to events without knowing her better so it would likely just be at the ballet.

I'd love both of these - not sure how she would come into contact with Sina right now - possibly a little later in the baby drama. Karina views Sopfia as a big sister.

AT the moment she would take being someone's expensive hobby, so let's make that happen. I presume the Daphnel's have a box at the ballet - if so he could probably a wrangle an invite to the 'after parties' that accompany most performances.
