Things Magnolia Needs - Magnolia Addams - December 7, 2023

Hi fam, this will be brief because who has the energy to introduce people :P

"Magnolia" arrived in London in early December from America; her husband died on the voyage and she has no local family. She's heavily pregnant and in mourning.

She needs these things, all of which would be newly established:

— A place to live! She has an open thread if anyone would like to develop this IC, but I'm also very happy to just coordinate OOC! She's only interested in places in London, the further off the beaten path / in the bad parts of town, the better. She's trying to avoid high traffic areas like Diagon Alley. This is a call for potential neighbors, or possibly a landlord - she needs her privacy and would not be up for roommates Smile

— Work! She's planning to make a living as an herbalist and potioneer. She's a fairly skilled potioneer and will also be foraging for ingredients in various wilderness locations and selling them to apothecaries / hospitals / shady potion people / etc.

— Friends! Between being in mourning and being a fairly private person she's not likely to have many, but I want to get her 1-2 people she can talk to on a regular basis. Ideally at least one of them would be a woman around her age, but she's a lil friendship starved so really anyone who would be kind to her and take an interest could fit here.

Enid Glynn & Sina are my London healer/hospital types - I think Enid is my best bet, as they're a similar age and class, and she's familiar with foraging! Would be interested to see if they hit it off as friends.

On the one hand, I feel like I can't not offer Harry for potion-y things, but on the other if she looks like Zelda, it would probably set off some "...don't I know you from somewhere?" flag in his brain, because they were in the same year and Harry rarely forgets people. XD
