One of the Cool Kids [NaNo Plotting] - Dorian Rosier - October 24, 2023

All of the cool kids are making NaNo plotters and I’m getting FOMO so here is mine <3 I will be using Nataliya Vulchanova because she’s my only adult that’s not in mourning or stuck at school. If I can help anyone reach their goal with her, please let me know! And if you need any of my other characters for your goal, let me know! DMing me on discord is the best place to plot, PMing me on here is second best, and posting here is third best. <3

I have Maddie who is part russian and can speak the language and has been to the country. Her mothers family are well known russian upper middle class, but her mother married beneath her station.

Meserimus also taught at Durmstrang, and his current wife is a former Durmstrang student, so they might know each other, and Meserimus would have had a soft sport for her, if she was a slytherin prefect. He probably tries to set her up with his offspring and great grandkids

I think Nataliya could be aware of Maddie's family, if there are any still back home that could've been her peers. Maddie was a few years older than her in school, so I don't know how much they interacted during that time. I find it interesting both of them are set to inherit things!! Even if they're of different classes. Nataliya's family reached out to the Solovyov family when they arrived because they are Russian, and even if Maddie's is MC, they may have reached out to them as well. Trying to build a sense of familiar community. One thing Maddie will note (as an animal caretaker) is that animals straight up do not like Nataliya; they will either get scared or hostile around her!

Mes <3 Nataliya was a long hat stall, almost a Ravenclaw, but she definitely was a proud Slytherin (once she learned more about the houses). She was prefect and head girl so she hopes she made Mes proud <3 She also was a huge fan of potions (an O in both OWLs & NEWTs) so yes. I think she absolutely would be shy, but interested in at least meeting his eligible sons/grandsons. xD She is honored he thinks so highly of her.

Maddie recently cut ties with her upperclass 'gaurdians' who were super manipulative. She just wants to be left to her animals. Maddie also spent 2 years in the upper-class social scene of Russia, so they might well have spent some proper time together there. She is a bit younger than MAddie and so they would have crossed over at school - I'm happy to establish a bit of a friendship between them, perhaps one that has persisted, MAddie was a prefect too.

We could either backdate something to the summer when he was home and held a party to pimp his great grandson Cassian and a few others to young ladies.
