The Little Nano Elf [Let Me Help You] - Sisse Thompsett - October 23, 2023

I feel like this is a little known fact about me, but I love Nano and I especially love helping people make their Nano goals. However, I'm usually pretty scattered about it and given how my fall has been so far I feel like I need a tad bit more organization to actually be able to help you all. With that in mind, I've put up a thread to help me help you, just let me know in a post below, how I can help you.

I will be doing NaNo with Jessamine Parkinson so I think Sisse would be the most useful since she's the same age? But she's also Transfiguration President and tutors younger students so if Kitty or Toby needed any help or had an interest in Transfig, she's around for that!

As for your picks, unfortunately the only proper adult I have is Cornelius Flint and I'm not sure how useful he'd be! But he's also a giant nerd and was prezzie of the history of magic club back at Hogwarts and so maybe professionally he'd be useful to Hugh? They both seemed to have travelled around to learn things and know quite a few languages.

For others:
Elisabeth Champagne is my Pendergast Rose if Ani wants to spend time with her
Hyacinth Valenduris is my first year for any student things <3

Elisabeth Champagne so for Nano, I can get a thread started for you for with Sisse and her, since Sisse is friendly with everyone I shall roll with they are at minimum friendly if not friends unless you disagree. Additionally I shall leave it up to you if you'd like Kitty (she's actually trying to do well at school and is a little lady with the misfortune of getting into trouble accidently) or Toby (very prone to dramatics - think random Shakespeare acting - and a trouble magnet) or both and I can start a thread for you. Annnnd if she is in NEWT level charms I just posted up a class assignment which you can post in (just wait until Nov. 1 for it won't count) and will have a class thread up in midnovember on the paper topic in the assignment above.

I definitely think that a Cornelius Hugh thread would be interested, if you'd like I can put that on the list to start for Nov 1?

I would definitely be down for an Ani/Elisabeth thread and a Toby/Hyacinth thread. I'll message you on discord to iron out those details.

Unless she purposely did something to upset her, Minnie probably would be friendly with Sisse; she generally doesn’t look to make enemies. However, she is a huge gossip and so there is a possibility she said something, though given Sisse’s pristine reputation, the only thing I can think of is maybe her saying that she’s unladylike for dueling or being friends with female Quidditch players. But, otherwise, Minnie would try to be at least friendly.

I feel like Toby would exasperate her and that’s so funny xD So I’m more drawn to doing one with him if you wouldn’t mind. That being said, absolutely yes to him and Hyacinth because she would find him entertaining and may even like to be his friend Smile

We can definitely set a Cornelius/Hugh for November! They can be history nerds together.

And yes to an Elisabeth/Ani thread; she needs more Rose friends ^_^

also for Hugh he was at school with Declan, Eugene & Winnie. In Declan's year but he was a Puff, year behind Eugene who was also a Puff and Winnie was a year behind Hugh, but in Ravenclaw. Eugene is the most desperate need of things so I can easily help with him!

I should have a better scope on if I ll have the capacity to do nano or not by later today, but if I do it’ll be on a character that hasn’t been apped yet xD

She’s the creature healer/magizoologist I talked to you about though, and I’m excited for her to land so I shall update here when I know more/have apped her ♥️

Hello!! First stab at some options -
I would love to thread Ani/Sina - Sina has a lot of Life Changes TM now that Ozy is elected, and could take Ani out for tea to plan some minister's wife events?
I'm using Seraphina Bythesea for NaNo and would love to thread her w/ Hugh. Amusing disasters/hurling but w/ a married lady lol?
Also would love to thread Cash and Felix again!
Alfred/Enid farm kid thread at the harvest festival?

Cassius Lestrange, yes I absolutely love this idea. Ani is a Rose right now so if we can make that work I'd love it. If not maybe letters? Also Lottie is around for Sina if you'd like.

I can start a Sina/Ani where Sina takes her out for a sister tea? Assuming Sina is an approved chaperon.
That sounds perf re: Sera/Hugh! I would also love for Lucy and Sera to have been friends at school -- Sera went really off the grid w/ her school friends when she was under Imperio and is interested in reconnecting with them now?
