More girls. Merlin preserve him. He hated this so very much. Next time he was refusing to do it, no more little girls hexing each other, it was morally repugnant.
Exasperation aside, Charles managed to force his way through the rules which he wished he could alter on the spot. Please begin, Miss Adebayo.

Iphigenia Adebayo was a lot of things, and astute was one of them. This Mr. Macmillan did not wish to be here, for whatever reason, and while he had at least managed to pronounce her surname correctly, she was equally disinterested in impressing him. What she did want, however, was to win, and so she cast a particularly swift stinging hex in Miss Slughorn's direction.

For her spell, Alcyone chose to go with one that would reflect the other girls spell back towards its caster. She did hope it would succeed, she wasn't looking to experience a stinging hex.

A decisive victory, thank Merlin! The shield charm looked to be standing up to the tickling charm for the merest of seconds before giving way and betraying its caster.
The duel goes to Miss Slughorn! As did five house points but in his haste he neglected to mention this.
