Attention all Members of the DMLE,

As you may be aware an expedition is being launched to ascertain the nature of the creature that is currently prowling the black lake. Mister Ewart Frasier of the experimental charms committee has assisted in furnishing a vessel capable of undertaking a prolonged underwater examination of the lake.

Several Members of the DMLE will be required to participate in this mission to investigate any potential human malfeasance but also to assist in the retrieval of the bodies of the missing local fishermen.

However, given the dangerous nature of the mission, I have decided that at first we shall seek volunteers or those with a particular interest in the case to offer. Any volunteer should note that this is a high profile and notable case. If there is not sufficient interest, department heads will make nominations*

As you may be aware an expedition is being launched to ascertain the nature of the creature that is currently prowling the black lake. Mister Ewart Frasier of the experimental charms committee has assisted in furnishing a vessel capable of undertaking a prolonged underwater examination of the lake.

It would be useful for several Members of the RCMC to participate in this mission to ascertain the nature and origin of the creature and advise other members of the team on the effective capture of any creature discovered to still be present in the lake.

However, given the dangerous nature of the mission, it has been determined that the fist call shall be for volunteers or those with a particular interest in the case to offer. Any volunteer should note that this is a high profile and notable case. If there is not sufficient interest, department heads will make nominations*
