Wizengamot, Attention: Court Scribe,
I, Miss Acacia Queen Ruskin, am indeed the daughter of the late vampire Miss Lisa Fairbairn and the wizard Mr. Martin Ruskin. For 20 years I have lived a respectable, and respectful, life among my wizarding community. My reputation only reflects that of my mother's bloodline, and nothing more. I was a good student while at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry, having not once been in detention and receiving good grades - of which, I have provided a copy with my letter. I also maintain a position at Hogsmeade Hospital, where I have yet to be informed of any incident of my own making.
While my family currently resides in Hogsmeade, neither myself, nor my siblings, were born here. For the first eight years of my life, I was a resident of London, England. My family was not the start of the muggle riots then, nor were any of my siblings a victim to the riots before our family left for our own safety - just as many magical, fully human, families of magical Britain; some of such families having indeed lost members among them, through no fault of their own.
I have since been back to London, without incident, and in the presence of muggles. No incident has been reported, as I am sure the Ministry is distinctly aware. Any question as to my complexion as been answered with my early arrival into this world. Any question as to my teeth has been answered with 'Oh, my doctor knows, but he has used such complicated words! I have no need to remember such trivial things.' and have left it with that without incident. Any further questioning would be abundantly rude on any muggle's part, as I would politely remind them. While as a lady, I hardly enjoy keeping secrets, as a witch I know it is my duty. This duty shall hardly be any different with my future marriage.
Sincerely,
Miss Acacia Queen Ruskin
