Summer Internships - Edison Moony - February 5, 2022

I'm sorry if this has been asked in the past!

I was working on a post, and a question came to mind. Do certain Ministry departments offer summer internships to 17 year old students before their final year at Hogwarts? It seems fairly probable that the opportunity might be there. If so, which departments would (and wouldn't) offer up the opportunity to students? (IE. I imagine the auror department would not have a summer internship due to the intensity of training.)

I think all of them do, but summer interns don't do field work for the most part. A summer internship in Law Enforcement is probably writing reports and doing tedious, menial research for the investigators :)

Ford definitely interned in the Beasts & Beings Offices before he graduated and settled on Spirits!

We used to run this as an organized thing but it was a pain in my butt didn't have a ton of uptake >.>

I feel like if you want to line it up with the appropriate superior that's fine tho!
