Dahlia,

I stopped by the Florist Potts today but I didn't see you there! The reopening is lovely, obviously; I bought some new flowers. I also ran into Professor Skeeter while I was there! I feel as if he would be married by now if he were not so awkward, but people cannot help their natures.
