A character with a large family, they are all dead and all ghosts and spend their time affectionately torturing him with physical requests, meddling and otherwise making his mortal life difficult with their immortal shenanigans!

A pair of elderly matrons who are plugged into their neighbourhood and view it as their property and main source of entertainment. Between the two of them they are aware of exactly what is going on inside their suburb, including the secret relationships that people think are entirely secret. They don't particularly judge but are obsessed with the love stories, trysts and drama spend significant time snooping and match making and gossiping between the two of them over who would make lovely couples, quietly judging the poor decisions of the neighbourhood but are intensely loyal to their little soap opera. Others around them are suspicious of the women being more than what they seem though the women often play it off. These are also the women who will go above and beyond to take care of those that are in need, arranging collections and fundraisers, bringing over dishes, offering to watch or help or sponsor children and who keep neighbourhoods alive and connected together.

The Bennets of Pride & Prejudice meets The Little Mermaid. Seven daughters rather than four, sans the meddling mother, and with a little more money (upper middle class) to accommodate so many daughters.

A debutante who makes mild love potions (like just enough to give you a crush/admire someone) and spikes the tea of anyone who comes to call.

A throwaway sentence in Tess of the d'Urbervilles: Fortune-hunting man marries a wealthy widow, only to discover that, by remarrying, she lost all the money her late husband had provisioned for her. Did she know this would happen all along? Oops!

A teacher, (living or ghost) whose job it is to offer classes to ghosts to keep them up to date on etiquette, social mores, inventions, etc - possibly works closely with/or part of the spirit division.

Lowkey inspired by the my cabbages! guy from Avatar but:
An unlucky entrepreneur whose ventures keep meeting their doom due to the various mishaps the wizarding world/Charming has had: so for example, burned down in the Wellingtonshire/High Street fire, sets up at the 1887 World Market and loses all his inventory in the disaster, the magic stealing fog of 1888 fucks up all their magical stock, moved shop to London only for Dragons to destroy it in 1893, etc.

A vampire who fell in love and turned their love so they could be together for eternity... and then later broke up. Having learned nothing from the experience, they did it again. And again. And again... and are now in contentious or downright hostile on-again-off-again relationships with half a dozen exes.

The exes are now all friends
