CHARACTER NAME: Calla Mesa Potts
BECAUSE… Calla was my first character here on the board and I really wanted a character who had played connections as my first character as well as a student who I could take the time to develop before they were sorted. I was also really drawn to her personality and hobbies.

CREATION DATE: March 4, 2017
BIRTH YEAR: 1875
PLANNED DEMISE: Have you thought about how/when they will die?
HOGWARTS HOUSE: Hufflepuff
While now I could see Calla nowhere but in Hufflepuff, when she was approaching sorting I honestly wasn't sure where she would end up. I only knew it wouldn't be Ravenclaw. Though now if I could pick a house I couldn't see her fitting in would be Slytherin though Ravenclaw is still pretty low on the list. I think what really makes her far more a Hufflepuff than a Gryffindor is that while she displays many traits of both, she values those of Hufflepuff far more.

CHARACTER NAME: Acacia Queen Ruskin
BECAUSE… She was my first character ever on board. As many of you know, I like my special babies. And I was super obsessed with vampires at the time, so there you go.

CREATION DATE: June 7, 2016 (Accepted June 9, 2016)
BIRTH YEAR: 1871
PLANNED DEMISE: If this girl isn't a victim of murder for her half-breed status, then probably old age or illness
HOGWARTS HOUSE: Ravenclaw
BOGGART: One of her siblings or father being murdered in front of her. The face of the murder is unclear, but they are yelling hatred over halfbreeds.
AMORTENTIA: Fresh paint, wet grass after rain, unknown scent
PATRONUS: I'm not entirely sure. A fox?
RESIDENCE: Sweeting Street, Bartonburg North, Hogsmeade

CLOSEST RELATION: Chrysanta Ruskin - They haven’t always gotten along, but I feel that they've been through the most together

I DREAM OF POSTING WITH… Right now? Martin Ruskin for the establishment. Also wanna hurl her at eligable men.

IN THE MODERN AGE… W/o magic means probably no vampirism. So with that, her parents probably had a normal marriage, or Lisa left for other reasons, but Martin and co. had modern societal norms that probably would have helped them cope. Nevertheless, I still see her as maternal. Probably in college and debating between a career as a doctor or artist.
DURING THE WAR… Um, nerve-wracking? She'd be a half-breed in a Voldemort era. Probably focusing on trying to convince her father to take them out of the country the moment Harry announces Voldy is back. Screw the profit, they probably never framed half-breeds in the best light anyway.

THOUGHTS ON MUGGLES: Mostly "please don't hurt me", but other than that she doesn't really think too much about them
THOUGHTS ON BLOOD PURITY: Bleh
THOUGHTS ON ARRANGED MARRIAGES: Um... if it helps her and her sisters find a match? She does prefer love, but will go for practical
