Camilla was more into the kiss than she was calculating, but she was calculating - how long she could be away, what the appropriate level of desirability was, was she kissing him passionately enough. In the interest of the letter, she gasped into Mr. Prewett's mouth, as if the kiss had overtaken her sensibilities. (Maybe it had?)

Laughter from the nearby corridor was all that it took to snap Fitz out of that fantasy, though his desire for the witch was not exactly discreet even as he pulled away from her reluctantly. The last thing he wanted was to have to stun another stranger (although to be fair, he hadn't been responsible for that particular spell...)

Camilla was calculating through the kiss, the right time to break away and ensure that he was still interested — she could not leave too soon and have him think her a tease, but she could not leave too late and have him feeling that he had already gotten everything from her already, either. The sounds of the corridor finished the calculation for her. Camilla grinned up at him, conspiratorial, mouth glistening. "Perhaps this is a conversation we should finish another time?" she said, with every intention of doing so.
