Narcissus was not wholly surprised by the first admission. Many Slytherins were ambitious in that regard and they were both Slytherins. He was more taken with focusing on the way Clues nimble, slender fingers were toying with the collar of his shirt and his shirt button.
Revenge, though - that caught his attention. "Revenge? To all that have mistreated you?" Narcissus asked as he slid his fingers along the edge of Clue's jawline. He thought on it for a moment when Clue asked if he minded him being bad. "I don't... you have never hurt me after all. But just how bad do you think you get?"

Clue gave a light nod as Narci spoke of revenge, but it went deeper than that, and the younger Slytherin had truthfully never pondered on it. For there were many that had mistreated him over the years — not all of them directly, nor even knowingly.
"How bad do you think you get?" "I don't know", he replied. He'd allowed himself ambition, sought after power, and had even fantasised about inflicting dark things upon vile people... but he didn't know how many others had similar thoughts. He didn't know quite how normal or abnormal he truly was.
Clue stood on his tip-toes to steal another kiss as his fidgeting fingers unfastened one of Narci's shirt buttons — and then another. "Don't tell me you think you're all good..."

Narcissus looked down at the smaller Slytherin as he professed to not knowing how bad he could get. He smiled as Clue stole a kiss from him and began unfastening his shirt buttons. He was a little focused on that to realize at first that Clue had asked him a question. "No. I think we all have good and bad sides." A prime example being right now. Narcissus knew it was against the law to be with Clue like this and yet here he was. And he had no intention of ending this thing between them anytime soon.

Clue's grey eyes, normally so cold and calculating, were alight with stars as he looked up at this young man who meant more to him than anyone had before. "Good and bad sides", Narci said, as if it were as simple as all that. But as Clue kissed him again, sinking into his arms, he thought that maybe, just maybe, such simplicity could exist in moments like this.
And this was good.
