Narcissus turned towards the sound of his name and smiled with a wave as he realized a group of his other friends were calling him over. He was oblivious to the thirst in the girls eyes for his presence but he could sense that they felt they were 'rescuing' him from continuing to be in the company of the fey of a boy they thought 'odd'.
