APPEARANCE
Wendell is a little taller than average, and skinnier too. He’s 5’ 11”, and he’s got curly black hair that he never allows to grow too long. His eyes are deep brown and he has a tendency to lock them on things that draw his attention, and on things that he pretends to pay attention to. He uses his right hand as his wand hand, and though he is working class, he is on the higher end of that spectrum and can usually afford nice clothes.
PERSONALITY
Wendell is devoted and keeps himself in moderation. There are some things that he most certainly enjoys doing, and he has had certain responsibilities since he was 13. Wendell thinks that the Church is the right way, and often mentions it casually in conversation. He's rather thoughtful, and will speak his mind. Wendell tends to romanticize things, which is part of the reason he became a Church follower. It just seemed like a nice place, and he enjoys it.
OTHER
Wendell is an Aquarius. Wendell is a follower of the Church of Magical Jesus

Wendell would follow the Reverend Dursley anywhere, and that included to Africa, though Wendell did have some thoughts on going, he knew he would be well prepared, what with a full education at Hogwarts and his own wand. In truth, he was practically packed already. He knew he was supposed to move out from his father's place soon, but couldn't bear to leave the hustle of High Street. Additionally, the travel would just be so much worse if he lived in Pennyworth, which was that much closer to the Slums. He thought there might be good cause for the Church in the Slums, if the people there seemed to care at all about faith. Wendell believed even prostitutes could be granted forgiveness if they asked.

He chuckled when the young Miss Fairchild mentioned lions, not to seem patronizing, but he did feel like wizards were more than prepared to deal with such a situation, and apparently Mr. Ragge agreed, "You'll have two protectors." he chimed in, "Though I have no doubt that Mr. Ragge here has more experience with defensive spells than I. Referring to his auror training, Wendell chuckled again, grinning at the friend who helped him get into the church in the first place.

Besides, Wendell was actually looking forward to the trip, beyond believing that there were some inconveniences that they would all experience. He'd heard tales of sweltering heat, and briefly wondered if the trip could have been postponed to a later date. Some time in winter, perhaps, if that would have made a difference. Then he began remembering that he had been hoping to do good work there, and the sooner, the better. "The savages will be grateful to hear the Word, I hope! Wendell's own hope with those words was to comfort Miss Fairchild. He did hope she wasn't too worried about going.
