This would have been very disturbing anyway but then Pet's eye popped out and started rolling along the bottom of the boat. Great. Maybe she would be so fortunate as to have a kraken surface nearby and pluck her off the ship with one of its tentacles and kindly drown her. Petra Sleptova in Land, Ho!

PB ~ Maggie Lindemann

Extravert: Margaret is always trying to help others, and sometimes forgets that some people just like to get things done on their own. She almost alway has energy, which increases around others.

Intuitive: Seeing the big picture, she things of what could be and how she could make good things happen for others. Her first thought is to go with her instinct, and she usually takes that course of action if it seems reasonable and is respectable.

Feeler: Emotions are her guiding light when she is thinking through her options for her actions. Avoiding arguments, in favor of diplomacy, she does not like the idea of hurting others, even with words. She tends to get emotionally hurt easily, but does not want to take such hurt out on others. Getting complements can lighten her whole day, and she is one to look on the bright side.

Judger: Though she is very kind, she will judge a person on their actions. Not vocalizing such judgement so that she does not hurt others, that doesn’t mean that it isn’t a thought that might be at the top of her attention when looking at the person who has earned such judgement.
Amortentia: Not sure.

Patronus: Kelly will find out.

Boggart: Her little sister’s dead body.

Hogwarts Clubs: Book

Star Sign: Taurus

Hobbies: Tutoring fellow students, discussing charity work with her mother, spending time with the pets that her family has at the country home during breaks.

Pets: The Rawlinson family has plenty of animals. While it is hard to keep track at times, Margaret's main attention goes to the more 'free-spirited' animals.
1869: Morvard is born and appears sickly. Thankfully, due to a healer's help, he survives.

1870: A second child is born to the Rawlinsons not long after, a daughter they name Margaret. She is also born sickly, but not as much as Morvard.

1872: A second brother is born, Issac, and he is born much healthier than the older siblings.

1873: The last sibling of the bunch, finally a sister, named Isabel, joins the family, also in ill health and the healer tells the family that Emmeline is now unable to conceive again.

1877: Morvard is the first to display signs of magic.

1879: Margaret shows her first signs of magic, making her rooms ceiling light up softly with stars after waking up from a nightmare. It calms her enough to go back to sleep.

1880: Morvard goes to Hogwarts.

1881: Margaret goes at Hogwarts and is sorted into Gryffindor.

1883: Little Issac goes to Hogwarts as well. The family starts to fear that Isabel is a squib, Margaret sees her sister no differently.

1884: Lack of Hogwarts letter proves Isabel to be a squib, and Margaret acts truly protective and supportive of her little sister. Her parents are not very approving of this view, being soft purists.

1885: The dreadful O.W.L.s have arrived, to be viewed as terrifying.

1886: Margaret is not fully thrilled at the fact Morvard is in his final year, but will be happy when she gets to leave as well.

1887: One year without her older at school with her leaves Margaret feeling different, and it’s not a likeable change. But, she works past this. After all, there are always letters and breaks, and she will debut at the end of the school year.

1888: Having grown adjusted to the change of not having Morvard around, her NEWTs are not as good as her OWLs. This slightly disappoints her. But she will live. After all, mother insists that she become a debutante and find a husband as soon as possible. Sadly, it's not that easy.

January 1, 1889: It was a quiet beginning to the new year, except for the fact that mother spent far too long complaining about the lack of success in the husband search for Margaret.
  • Margaret is a very social girl, and would love to find the love of her life and get married.
  • Her family has several different types of non-magical and magical creatures. Her favorite animals they have are the hippogriffs and the horses.

  • Her sister is a squib. Both of her parents try their hardest to not let this be public knowledge to the pureblood community. Margaret only keeps quiet out of respect for them, and to avoid them sending her sister away.
  • She would much rather marry a loving working class gentleman of any blood status than a rich pureblood with a heart of ice.

Plot Preferences: Personally, I love making plots. I like planning things out. However, I'm also willing to plan things out, to then ditch the plan completely if the muse takes me and those I thread with in another direction. My characters tend to do as they please, leaving me wondering what on earth I just typed. Trying to make them do something that they will not naturally do seems strange, and won't work the way that the plan was supposed to.

"Mature" content does not bother me in threads. Language, violence, dark content, and even smut don't bother me (though if we are gonna do smut, there has got to be a good reason for it happening at all). However I'm not comfortable doing these things if it would not be something that my character would do, and/or if it is not for plot development.

For me, I like to try to type as much as my muse will allow. Typically I try to match with the other poster, if not posting more. I do not expect anyone to have to match my post word count if their muse does not call for it.

Dear Bachelor,
I have seen your entry into Witch Weekly, and I must say that it intrigued me. I have always been close to my family, and being able to have one of my own has always been an exciting idea for me. I am from a respectable family and love to help those in need. Perhaps we may speak some time, I would be glad to make your acquaintance.
