1884: Born in Britain to the very in love Orson and Zenobia Flint a mere six months after their marriage. This was Orson's second marriage, his first, Delphinia having passed the year before Jocasta's birth.

The ghost of Delphinia was extremely unhappy at this newly formed family unit and began to torment them, eventually leading to the loss of Jocasta's younger sibling during pregnancy. This then began several years of the family moving around, Jocasta of course doesn't remember this but the movement and the constant spectre of her father's first wife became engrained into her young mind. She spent time in Bombay, then Hong Kong before settling in the French Riviera . Each time, Delphinia's ghost managed to find them.
1889: At the age of five she had her first magical episode, causing her mother's shoes, arrayed in front of her toys, to begin dancing. It was a happy moment in a tumultuous childhood.
1893: The loss of her childhood. Her mother was seemingly becoming ill from something she didn't understand and becoming more absent from her childhood, spending lengthy times in bed. Then the fire happened. Jocasta only remembers the sensations, fear, fire, screaming and then loss. Her mother dead, her father in mourning and every possession she loved exchanged for haunting nightmares.
1893: Relocates to Paris at the beginning of a three month long investigation into the fire, Jocasta would not be aware of much of the investigation due to her youth. They stayed in Paris until 1895.
1895: After relocating [i]again[/i], this time back to London. Her summer is spent at PSYR, years of family upheaval has left her with few proper friends and her father thought it important she networked with her peers before she started Hogwarts in September of that year.
