Inspired by
this gem shared by MJ, does your character have a
dog name or a
human name (or, in the case of Aldous, a name that doesn't exist)?
Clementine is a dog name
In a stadium of 100,000 people and 100,000 dogs, 23 dogs and 3 people would be named Clementine.
I tried both versions of Millie's name.
Mildred is a human name
In a stadium of 100,000 people and 100,000 dogs, 8 dogs and 125 people would be named Mildred.
Millie is a dog name
In a stadium of 100,000 people and 100,000 dogs, 103 dogs and 10 people would be named Millie.
In a stadium of 100,000 people and 100,000 dogs, 61 dogs and 5 people would be named Gus.
He was named after my neighbor’s dog lol.
I also have a number of characters who simply do not exist in any form according to the Machine:
- Aldous
- Blythe
- Divona
- Euphemia
- Gaius
- Gwyn
- Hamish (?!)
- Idunn
- Iphigenia
- Maelstrom
- Persephone
- Rufina
In a stadium of 100,000 people and 100,000 dogs, 80 dogs and 201 people would be named Henry.
In a stadium of 100,000 people and 100,000 dogs, 43 dogs and 117 people would be named Harry.
Harry actually shares a name with my great uncle, but only as "Harry," not as Henry. XD
And:
In a stadium of 100,000 people and 100,000 dogs, 234 dogs and 60 people would be named Lucy.
I wanted to do her nickname as well but Clary doesn't exist as a name according The Machine.
Clarissa is a human name
In a stadium of 100,000 people and 100,000 dogs, 0 dogs and 11 people would be named Clarissa.
Tycho does not exist as a name according to The Machine.
Ty is a dog and human name
In a stadium of 100,000 people and 100,000 dogs, 11 dogs and 13 people would be named Ty.
