Wizarding involvement in the pharmaceutical industry
    Hello! :-D

I am working on an app for a character whose father needed a job that was worthy of admiration from his son and surrounding to make the selflessness I'd like my character to have valued in and inherited from him to be believable. During the mid- 1800's, the pharmaceutical industry was at its infancy, and I wondered - just to clarify it with you first so no one later go like "uhm... no they didn't", would it be okay if the International Confederation of Wizards, after some severe breach of secrecy or another, initiated an international, intergovernmental and interorganizational project aimed at sneaking if not life-saving magical discoveries into the pharmaceutical industry, then at least very useful one's, so that in the unlikely event that the non-magical world rediscover wizardkind, they would have a sturdy defence in ambassadorial relations. I figured that herbologists and potioneers both would be involved in such a process, and the aforementioned father would have been contributed to it working for the Egyptian Centre for Alchemical Studies trying to improve alchemical procedures used in the production of herbal medicines.

    Would that be okay?
We generally have wizards trying to stay out of muggle affairs, and unfortunately I think this would run counter to that!

if I could marry Bee I would but I can't so I ship our characters instead.
