Can be any department—Charles is fully trained!
With three healers in one department out sick, Charles Jameshill had been called in on a Sunday afternoon to dust off his (admittedly) rusty healing skills and help to fill the void. It was a small mercy that the department in question was not as busy as it might have been, but the Hospital Director was feeling a bit overwhelmed nonetheless. In future, he vowed to himself, he would spend more time healing and less time pushing papers about!

After finishing up with one patient, the wizard pulled back the curtain on the next, closing it behind him to allow his patient some privacy.

“Good afternoon,” he greeted in businesslike fashion. “What seems to be the trouble?”
