set really early in the morning
Kelly generally didn't mind students - he would be in a very poor profession, if he did, after all - but sometimes they could be such little brats. He wasn't sure what whoever had marked up the windows with some sort of paint had been hoping to accomplish. Nonetheless, it was Kelly's job to set the windows to rights. Scrubbing at the window, he managed to make some sort of headway into cleaning off the graffiti.

After some time of it, he had the prickly feeling of being watched. Looking around, he noticed that he was no longer alone. "Oh, hello," he greeted, a little surprised. It was quite early in the morning since he'd hoped to have the window cleaned off before anyone else awoke so that he wouldn't be a disruption in the corridor. "Having an early morning?"
Willow had never been able to break the habit of early rising, even though she'd been at school for nearly a whole term. Perhaps it was just something those in the lower class would always be accustomed to. There was plenty of work to be done and not always enough daylight so one had to start as soon as it shone. And even though her family didn't work on a farm, they still had plenty of chores to do to prepare for the day. Whether it be warming the fires in preparation of the wood working needing down or getting the many, many plants and flowers watered before it got too warm. Regardless of what the reason was, it was ingrained in Willow's very veins.

She didn't really seem to mind though and quite enjoyed getting to the Great Hall before many of the other students showed up. Sometimes eating in silence was a joy in itself, one she had grown to quite like. However, that morning, she stopped on her way to enjoy some breakfast when she noticed a burly and gruff sort of man scrubbing away at a window.

Standing still with her head slightly cocked to the side as she watched him, she hadn't even realized she was staring until he turned to her. Her cheeks flushed bright red at the realization of what she'd been doing and her big blue eyes quickly turned down to the ground. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to stare," she said quickly, her tone quiet but still sweet. She was so distracted by her embarrassment she didn't even address his initial question.
    Amazing Set Thanks to Nolan!
