Nora could still hear Helga, though as she rounded the corner at the end of the row, she lost sight of her friend. It was easy to lose Nora in the bookstore as she often lost herself among the tomes without paying any attention to where it was she'd wandered. The shelf before her had volumes of Ancient Runes books and she had always thoroughly enjoyed the subject in school, she rather thought it would be useful for a cursebreaker who liked books.
"This looks new," Nora said as she pulled the book from the shelf gingerly. She spoke before she even looked around to see if her company was near, but it was a small enough shop, surely they could hear her."Runes come in handy for cursebreaking, do they not?" Flipping through a few pages, she found the diagrams to be clear and the table of contents well-organized.
