What: Thom Pettigrew's Birthday Dinner / Weekend Hunting Party
Who: UC friends of Thom or Hannah, rep 6+
Where: Pettigrew Estate, Lancashire
Why: Thom's Birthday/please keep him from being bored out of his mind with no Quidditch this summer
When: Dinner Party on the evening of the 19th; weekend lodgers are invited the 19th-22nd (Thursday afternoon through Sunday evening) but can come and go at their leisure.
The dinner party will be formal and more inclusive as far as invites go, though still small enough to be considered 'intimate.' In an ideal world this would be people Thom & Hannah already had established relationships with, but since half of the wizarding world is quarantined in Hogsmeade the invite list is probably more flexible. Basically, if you're UC, good rep, and we haven't already established that they don't get along (and you're not, like, a veela) you're good to come to dinner.
The weekend party will consist mostly of gentleman whom Thom likes, plus their wives/sisters if they feel super inclined to bring them along. (If we have not previously established that Thom and your character are friends and you want them to come to the weekend, please coordinate with Lynn). Activities will include riding/hunting parties on the estate, shooting skeet, fishing, and other outdoorsy manly things. The ladies can entertain themselves however they like at Hannah Pettigrew's discretion. There is a small section of seaside at the far end of the estate so there may be an opportunity for bathing if the weather is well suited.
