I do hope this letter finds you in good health. I was wondering if you've any recommendations for an addition to a sleeping drought; it's been a while since I brewed one and I figured it's high time to brew one. I figured perhaps you might have a preferred herb to use.

Your letter did, indeed, find me well, thank you! To answer your inquiry, I wouldn't recommend adding an additional ingredient to a Sleeping Draught as it's already powerful enough as it is, though I think you would do well with a chamomile brew an hour or two beforehand as it'll help further relax your mind.
