There's No Need To Explain { Sherryl's Wizarding Network } - Donna Conray - December 24, 2021

Hi! If you have stumbled upon this post, that means you have reached Sherryl's Wizarding Network. Welcome, friends! My name is Sherryl and I am a current member here at Charming, a Victorian Potterverse RPG. You may contact me in case you want to keep in touch with me when it comes to plotting and whatnot through PMs and/or the chatbox if I am currently online and around here on the site, and you may reach out to me through Discord [ VioletThunder26#6460 ], e-mail, or Skype if I am currently offline and not around on the site to answer PMs or any of the chats being sent to me in the chatbox, though I ask you kindly to please reach out to me privately for my e-mail address and Skype Name. You may respond here if you wish to do so. I will, however, continue to keep updating this when new characters are being created if I choose to create more characters, so feel free to stay tuned if this were to get updated.

Welcome aboard Sherryl!

I have a few options for you!

Friends These ladies are my best bet, but I do have a couple more who might work too!

Tabitha Chevalier  was a Hufflepuff a year behind her and is super quiet and a little reserved, but appreciates people and almost envies those who are outgoing! She is a Potion and Plant Poisoning Healer at Hogsmeade Hospital so they have that in common!

@"Daffodil Potts"  was a Ravenclaw a couple of years behind her, but is also a people person and generally gets along with everyone. She can chat with anyone about anything!

Romance

My only real applicable gent is Rhys Gallagher in her social standing, but Mason Skeeter  is kicking around as well! They're both a little terrified by romance as Mason has been burned in the past and Rhys is a workaholic, but hey I'm down for anything!

Bella Scrimgeour is the most obvious one. She once was an intern at St. Mungo's, only to lose her job after a scandal. She then worked as a dragon research assistant, which led her to become a magizoologist in Irvingly! She's Donna's age although a year beneath her in Gryffindor, but they probably would have known Donna from work if anything. She's also a WCPB, but in school she was UCPB!

James McKinnon is a WCHB who works as a mediwizard at St. Mungo's, and Valerian Macnair is head of the Potion & Plant Poisoning division. Dionisia Fisk, who was in her year but in Hufflepuff, was raised working class and probably knew Donna. She dropped out after her fifth year, became a mediwitch at Hogsmeade Hospital, and later married into the middle class via her best friend's older brother #drama.

Let me know if there's any specific pairings you'd like to explore :D

Hey there, Bee!

Thank you for the warm welcome, it's greatly appreciated. You have definitely shared some great characters here, and I'm really excited for Donna to get to know them, whether threads start right away or sometime in the near future. In your post, you have stated that Tabitha works at Hogsmeade Hospital. I can definitely see these two (hopefully) getting along as, as you have shared, they have shared something in common when it comes to working in the medical field in the wizarding world. With that, I can see that maybe Tabitha and Donna can share possible and/or potential struggles. As for Daffodil, I can definitely these two becoming really good friends! I hope that, at some point, these two can talk about anything random or something interesting!

As for Rhys and Mason, you have chosen two good-looking play-by faces to go with their names! You've shared in the post as well that Rhys, like Donna, is also a part of the Working Class, and I can see them getting along rather well due to them being in the same class. As for Mason, despite him being Middle Class, I can (hopefully) see these two getting along and getting to know each other.

Hi there, Bree!

I appreciate you sharing your characters with me.

Because Bella was also an intern at St Mungo's, I could see them possibly having some sort of interaction and possibly becoming friends due to them working alongside each other during the time that they were trainee healers before losing her job.

From what I have seen about James in your post, it seems that both he and Donna work together at St Mungo's but in different departments since Donna works in the Creature-Induced Injuries department there, and that, as you have stated as well, is a part of the same class as her, though he and Donna have different blood purities since Donna is a Pureblood. I can see the two of them possibly bumping into each other from time to time and maybe having some interaction due to them working at the same hospital.

As for Valerian, it's possible that Donna could've possibly bumped into him as well and, like James, having some sort of interaction with each other.


Because Donna and Dionisia worked in the medical field but at different hospitals, it's possible that, while they might have known each other during their Hogwarts days, they might have interacted as well.

I really don't have a specific pairing that I would like to explore as I'm hoping that Donna can have a chance to know or get to know more about all of them!

I know I mentioned Malou to you in pm, so the others I have:

Somersby Fudge was Ravenclaw class of 89 so only two years behind her. She would probably know him. He is currently a curse breaker intern for Gringotts and is the oldest son of the owner of the Sanditon Resort. I can always send him in for injuries or what not. Also, he is available for hurling but not sure how Donna would feel about a younger guy.

I am sadly lacking on hurlables or friends (that she would already know) that would work for Donna at the moment. For new friendships I have @"Dahlia Potts" who is one of the daughters of the owners of the Potts Flower Shop in Hogsmeade and just graduated this past spring from Hogwarts (Huffelpuff).

Somehow, my only WC is a vampire so I'm not sure that would help you at all. But if you think of something with her I'm always looking for things for Galina to get involved in (which is how she ended up in prison for a year for a crime she didn't commit - whoops).
