Mission: Marry an Ollivander - Fortuna Bixby - August 13, 2019

Okie, so firstly, this won't be a first come, first serve sorta thing. It's going to be time sensitive-ish. I want to keep it that way to not only keep my butt in check and held accountable but also because there's only one year before Billie will be going off to school. And with that said: Gideon Ollivander needs a wife.

No one knows it still. (Shockingly) But Billie Farrow is actually Gideon's daughter. Billie is not the little street urchin boy everything thinks they are. And though she would be perfectly content with remaining known as a boy (and intend to convince Gideon to let her go to school as a boy), Gideon really thinks she needs to be known as a girl before it's too late. Even though, yanno, it's probably too late. But oh well!

With that said, we need to get him hitched like, yesterday. He'll want to do it as properly as possible, of course, because there's going to be plenty of backlash when it comes out Billie is a girl and has been his "ward" of sorts for at least a year now. It's still unknown whether it will be told that she is actually his. But that can be some drama to come.

But just because, yes, this is an "endgame" marriage plotline, it doesn't have to be easy. In fact, it won't be. BECAUSE, he won't be telling his new wife that Billie is his or that she's a girl until AFTER they've gotten married. So not only will they suddenly have a daughter to help him with right off the bat, she'll have two years worth of acting like a boy and grew up in muggle society prior to contend with. Sounds fun, right?

Lemme sweeten the deal. I have a variety of characters already that really have no true plots at the moment that can be worked to fit something of your wants/needs. IF there is absolutely no one of mine that could work, I am open to the idea of making a new character to fit into a need. However, I will match the activity I receive in regards to this.

And now I beg.. Please please please!

Bringing this back up...

I would love to bring Gideon Ollivander back BUT I really need a wife for him. Like.. married before the summer starts cause that's all the time they'll have to try and get Billie Farrow up to speed of acting like a girl. There are a couple of stipulations though..

1. No child brides. She needs to be older than a fresh debutante. A widow might even be fab simply cause they could already have been through the child rearing game.
2. No upper class ladies. He would never want a woman of higher status to marry down simply because he cannot give her a life she's accustomed to.
3. They will not know about Billie until after they're married. It's common knowledge that little Billie stays at the wand shop in her own rooms downstairs in the back of the shop. Her true gender is still unknown. As far as anyone is aware, Billie is like a little apprentice/helper to Gideon.
4. This is not a first come, first serve situation. It will come down to who I feel will best fit the part.

I am 100% into seeing if Allegra Clearwater works but, as with Elinor above, I am not sure she would play ball so it would have to be a "thread this and see" thing >.>

We could deffo see.. And.. if it's a bonus, he wouldn't make her quit working even if she technically she should...

Benevolence is feeling very duty bound to get married - especially after Melody made such a horlick of hers and she loves Billie to bits. So she could be induced into a pragmatic, respectable pureblood marriage

I can offer you Marlena Scamander but she's in the midst of a SWP thread atm so I don't know how she's going to come out of it :P But they have prior form so we can chat about how it might work?
