December 18, 1888 - Fanfiction Land (feat. Connolly Estate)

Of all of the things to happen in Barnabas's life, this was by far the worst. Did he really have to have gone out tonight? What had he been thinking? It was a mistake, and now he had paid the price. One of his in-laws had been able to hex the beast and get Barnabas away as quickly as they could. He winced in pain from the injury that he had received. Had that been teeth? Please that had not been bloody teeth that had torn into his skin. It had been a flash of fur and claws... and teeth.

December 19, 1888

Apparently it was a bite. What was he gonna do? He couldn't loose his job, they had to keep this quiet. But how? What did other secret werewolves do to not get caught by the Ministry. Oh, but Maeve. What would she do? It was very likely that whoever saved him had told her. How was he going to handle that? He would have to do something, and quick. Trying to sit up, he winced and realized that he couldn't do anything too quickly.

I think it's somewhat fitting that you ended up being my secret swap partner since you were my buddy when I first started here on Charming. You were a huge part of why I stayed since you were just so welcoming and ridiculously nice.

You are always a pleasure to talk to and thread with. And I am always impressed (and humored!) by what you write...whether it's because of exuberant Daisy, unfortunate Aubrey, or all of Jemima's hilarious journal entries. (You're also one of my favorite people whose threads I casually stalk. haha) I hope we continue to create stories together and get to know one another more!
