I'm not sure if you've heard from mother recently, though I think all of Hogsmeade could hear her yelling at me, I also didn't want to disturb your studies until the dust had settled a little.
Though I'm sure news has hit, thanks to the gossip rags, I did indeed get married on the 28th and it was influenced by the Amortentia letters. However, contrary to popular belief, I am quite happy with my situation, I promise you. It was certainly not how I imagined things would happen, but we are trying to make it work.
I hope all is well with you and that school is going well. I remember sixth year fondly.
I can most certainly hear mother in the slytherin common room.
Mother hasn't informed me yet. I did hear of the rumor but I never thought of it true. I always imagined that you wouldn’t deprive your sister the honor of being a bridesmaid or at least invite me to the wedding. Nonetheless, congratulations Febs! I hope you and your husband have a wonderful life together. Is your husband someone I’m familiar with? Are you staying in Hogsmeade? I would love to meet him with everyone else over dinner, probably when mother isn’t screaming at you. I’m surprised mother hasn’t forced you to get an annulment.
Sixth year has been well. Better than last year, I hated being stressed out for OWLs.
There isn't much I'm sorry about in regards to this marriage, but I was sad not to share some of it with my sisters. Hopefully some day you will get your turn! Your congratulations means a lot to me; I've been met with a lot of frustration otherwise and some not-so-subtle hints to get an annulment. It's been a rocky start on that front, to say the least.
You might be familiar with your new brother-in-law, he's the same auror I got into a little trouble with early this summer, Edric Umbridge? I was already harboring some serious affection for him and the amortentia just tipped me over the edge. He's been very good to me so far. We're living at his home in London for he moment, but will be looking for our own place soon enough, you will be more than welcome to visit whenever you like. Unfortunately I think family dinners will be a strained affair for a while. Hopefully not forever though.
I'm glad to hear sixth year is going well, it's a nice reprieve between the testing years. Miss you darling.
