Open to the Minister or anyone he passes the letter on to respond to
June 13th, 1888Minister Ross,
Please would you kindly explain why I am unable to use magic and why you have allowed that fog from Irvingly to encroach on the village that I live in.
I find this to be beyond unacceptable and the way you are dealing with this is completely incompetent.
How dare you allow this nefarious entity to continually ruin the lifestyle of upstanding wizards and witches.
I am not a muggle and I refuse to be forced to live as one.
I implore you have this dealt with promptly.
I am not a second class citizen and neither are my daughters. Why you have not taken measures to prevent this from happening is unexplainable and completely unsatisfactory.
