Incoming First Year
Caspian is the son of Thom Pettigrew and partakes in Quidditch, flying and other general pursuits that most boys of his age and social class would have. FRIENDS: These would currently mostly be UCPB children whose parents run in the same social circles. And that are also likely related to him in some way (*cough* Jameson Potter). Caspian is sociable, friendly and would do his best to get along with you so long as you are not a complete moron.
FAMILY: As mentioned, Caspian is the son of Thom Pettigrew and his mother was Chastity Pettigrew who was a Browne. His stepmother is Hannah Pettigrew who was an Echelon. I have confirmed with Lynn that Caspian is generally encouraged to socialize with the maternal side of his family (again looking at you, Jameson Potter).

Hey Caspian!
Existing friends I have none for him but depending on his house he could get sorted with Margaret Wallace in September, she's poor so they have little in common, but they are still schooling together.
But if he is into Quidditch then Bonnie Greyback might well become friends as they are a quidditch seeker just going in to their third year and and also UCPB. I looked at Caspian's growing up location but I don't think they run I'm the same circles just yet

Obvious connection in Phineas Black II. He might also get on with James Callum when he gets to Hogwarts.

HI ALMOST-COUSIN! And also double-nephew xD Jammy is delighted to have another familiar face to prance off to Hogwarts with, and Uncle Gideon is here generally!
