I am a mostly sometimes responsible, working class man of 25 who is seeking a room to let. I have steady employment within a shop on High Street and am willing to do extra chores if my salary is not enough to cover the cost. I do not require a lot of space and would be quite comfortable with a small room so long as I had some privacy. Would also prefer a place within Hogsmeade so as not to have an unreasonable commute to work.
